   - 연구실 안전환경 조성에 관한 법률 제5조의2

   - 동법 시행령 제4조의5 "사전유해인자 위험분석 실시에 관한 지침"에서 연구실 책임자(담당 교수)는 사전유해인자위험분석을 

     실시하고, 연구주체의 장(총장)에서 보고하도록 되어 있음

2. 위 근거에 의거, 연구실 사전유해인자 위험분석 아직 실시하지 못한 연구실에서는 우리학교 안전시스템에서 실시를 완료하여 

   주시기 바랍니다.​  

가. 대상연구실 : 정밀안전진단 대상 연구실(화학물질, 고압가스, 유해인자 취급) 

나. 작성방법 : 연구실 특성 및 위험성 파악하시어 첨부 양식 기재

다. 주의사항 : 연구실 사고 발생시 법 이행사항 여부 등 근거로서 중요한 증빙자료가 되므로, 반드시 작성하여 연구실 출입문 등 

    쉽게 볼 수 있는 장소에 게시 합니다.   끝.

1. Grounds

 - Article 5 (2) of the Act on the Creation of a Laboratory Safety Environment

 - In Article 4-5 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the laboratory director (professor in charge) is required to conduct a        risk analysis of a prior harmful factor and report it to the head of the research subject (president).

2. Based on the above grounds, the laboratory that has not yet conducted risk analysis of harmful factors in advance should           complete the implementation in our university safety system.

1) Target laboratory: Laboratory subject to precision safety diagnosis (handling chemicals, high pressure gas, and harmful factors)

2) Method of preparation: Understand the characteristics and risks of the laboratory and fill in the attached form

3) Precautions: In the event of a laboratory accident, it will be important evidence as a basis for implementing the law, so make sure to fill it out and post it in an easy-to-see place such as the laboratory door.   the end.
